Medical Scribe — Psychiatry & Behavioral Health
Document psychiatric evaluations, therapy sessions, medication management visits, and progress notes for US-based psychiatrists and PMHNPs. Strong understanding of DSM-5 terminology required.
Medical Scribe — Primary Care & Internal Medicine
Support primary care physicians and internists with SOAP notes, HPI documentation, assessment and plan sections, and chronic disease management notes. Fast turnaround and accuracy are key.
Medical Scribe — Cardiology & Specialty Care
Document cardiology consultations, procedure notes, stress test interpretations, and follow-up visits for US cardiologists. Specialty-specific terminology and EHR proficiency required.
Medical Scribe — Nursing Facility
Document nursing facility visits, skilled nursing assessments, care plan notes, and progress documentation for US-based physicians and nurse practitioners serving long-term care and post-acute settings.
